First of all, how did you get it? If it was a dropped item in Detlas, I would say you are lucky as the closest I've seen to something like that is finding a lv 90's rares at a similar lv. Also depends on the stats to as someone may have thrown it out because of their stats

Not even close to being lucky. Some people find those on a chest-ly basis (as in, Legendary items are so common they aren't any rarer than rares). I also agree with above - there's no way you could've found it at your level (20-30) unless someone had dropped it.

However, a good Sagittarius will indeed sell for quite a hefty price for low levels (which is roughly 1-2 LE for decent ones, and 4-8 for crazy good ones - idk market prices). I suggest you keep it in case you want to build with the leggings.

contrarily, it might hog bank space considering they're nowhere near lv100 yet
sagi is pretty staple, they'd be able to readily buy another if they need it then
i'd only keep the sagi if it's really good

I found it in a loot chest and it was unidentified and when I identified it and got it.
I found out it around tower of amnesia. Idk how.

The only way I think this could have happened is if there was a mob nearby which was level 90+

Lemme explain... Items in chests will be a certain level range based on the level of mobs around it. So for another example, you can be level 1, go all the way to almuj, and find level 30 items because the mobs in that area are level 30.

However, if there are no mobs in a certain area nearby the chest (idk the exact distance/specifics), the items in the chest will be the level range nearest to your level.

That's the only way I could think that it happened, no idea why there would be a level 90+ mob around ToAmnesia tho, so for the fact that you needed to have a mob in an area it doesn't belong in, and you also picked up a legendary from it, it'd say that's pretty lucky

But then again endgame legendaries are picked up so often in lrs it's stupid, so the item you found isn't too rare. But since you're level 29, keep it for later or just put it up on the market to make some money off

As tower of amnesia I'm almost certain is surrounded by guild territories I see no way it could've come from a loot chest (image is attached at the bottom). Basically, chest item range is determined in this order:
If there's a mob around, it'll take the level of the mob as the chest range. If there's multiple, it'll take the lowest levelled mob and use it's level as the range instead.
If there are no mobs around, it'll take the predetermined level of the guild territory that you're standing in while you open the chest (note: it's dependent on player, not chest, location).
If there are no mobs around and you aren't in a guild territory while opening the chest, it'll go off of the range surrounding the player's combat level.

Seeing as there's very little way it should even get past that first clause near the tower of amnesia, plus the territory surrounding it levelling it back down, plus the level of the player here when supposedly opening a chest, I sincerely doubt that it was actually found in a chest and it's probably just something picked up at Detlas.

The only way I could see you getting a sagi in a chest from mob scaling is if someone were doing AJB at the roots of corruption section, and I'm not even sure if that part goes under the tower of amnesia. It's probably just a weird glitch or something. If the sagi is good, I'd sell as you'll get lots of cash for buying gear you can actually use at your level.

Huh didn't know that the guild territories can also affect the item ranges... Interesting

And yeah, I agree, I highly doubt it was found in a chest, but I just tried to reason the only possible way it could've happened.
