Assassin/Ninja Help Is This Build Ok?

I had been trying to create a new build for my assassin after my old build had broke, and I kind of need some help to see if there's anything I could change to make it better. Here is the link to my build in Wynndata.
If you are willing to help improve my build, please try not using any other Hive items besides the one in this build or any mythics because I probably won't be able to obtain those in a longtime.
I need: At least decent defense stats, Thunder damage and life steal.
