Assassin/Ninja Help Is this bad lol?

Ello, I'm pretty new to making builds, or at least using the ones I've created.

No crafteds or other mythics.

I wanted to make a fast, high damage spin attack build with shadestepper and decent ehp.

Any suggestions for improvement?
Is it bad? Decent? Invoke eye bleeding?

Yeahhh.. what could i replace that would help with that without damaging other stats too much?

 

and i realized the 17k spin u mentioned is actually the bossted result with marked and courage

Sry, i forgot to put the weapon. Cataclysm t6t6t6 with 22% thunder damage. Would you still recommend the build you gave me? Or does that change things?

Then this build is not useable because of losing black’s ms
I don’t really know how to build spellsteal so that’s the best I can help :(

17k spins with 44/3 ms, mostly from preset ID items too.
