    Just wondering if I should rr or not . Life steal isn't the best . Its also for keeping not selling

    I'd keep it :)

    The water damage is amazing, so your heals won't be totally crippled. Plus good melee and spell! Jump height and life steal are average and walk speed isn't great. But Walk speed is the least important really.
