    1 other question though: is agility able to counter reflection and thorns?

    Yeah. POISON! Or just do enough dmg to one shot them, but not yourself. (Your AZ build probably can't do this bc health isn't too high)

    Have the same stats (Thorns and reflect) as them, but have more hp, and deal your damage in the form of lifesteal and poison.
