Is There Any Way To Reset A Glitched Quest?

So I was doing the stable story quest and whilst I was in the tunnel in the stables my computer lagged and I ended up dying. When I got back to the barn I could no longer enter and it would start back with the NPC "Enkser" telling me to talk to him first before buying a horse, but when I talk to him he asks if I've gotten his Stable Key yet.

To sum it up the I need to reset the quest so I can re-enter the tunnel and get the stable key but I can't as I get teleported out. I've tried disconnecting and rejoining but nothing changes.

-If anyone knows how I could either reset the quest or fix the bug it'd be greatly appreciated
