I’ve been trying to piece this together too.. so here’s what I got so far:

Decrepit Sewers Guardian

-Dark Forest, also along the river that acts as the border between the light and dark forest

Infested Pit Guardian

-In a large radius around the guardian of the forest (The tree guardian in RoL 4)

Lost Sanctuary Guardian

-On the last stretch of the path leading to the gylia watchtower, also around the watchtower itself

Underworld Crypt Guardian

-Canyon of the Lost

Sand-Swept Tomb Guardian

-Canyon of the Lost

Ice Barrows Guardian

-Surroundings of Fallen Factory, if you grind enough robots you’ll see it trust me

Undergrowth Ruins Guardian

-Upper Molten Heights in the outskirts of dogun settlements and garaheth’s altar, and sometimes the entrance of Maex because it falls down once in a while

This list isn’t set in stone or perfected in any way, but I hope this helps

I have tried to farm some of the keys, and here's what I discovered:
- Between Kander Forest and Lexdale: Nii Guradians
- Tree Guardian in ROL 4: actually I haven't encountered any Infested Pit Key guardians but instead I have got a few Decrepit sewers key from around here


Then.... I gave up :p Farming keys is too boring for me.

I've found today that doing NOG or ROL raids in parties are much much more fun and profitable :)

Anyway thanks for the info, I’ll scout areas for infested pit guardians again
