I'm about to go on to level 40 and I noticed that Nesaak and Llevigar are both level 40... I don't really want to go through one side and have the content for the other side be super easy and boring. Is there something that I'm missing or is it just a lot of back and forth?

Well yeah, I know about that. I phrased that poorly.

I'm just more curious if people usually go through Wynn providence entirely first and then head over to Gavel and the other big islands. Or, instead for example, maybe finish Nesaak, then go to Llevigar, then go back over to Troms and back and forth back and forth type of stuff. I just really want to hit all of the areas' content without being severely over-leveled.

its more effiecient to go back and forth since you may only have quests in gavel sometimes and have to do them to progress

around the lvl 70, there is a quest to unlock fast travel between Cinfras and Detlas, it is very usefull tho it might be a bit late considering there's not much quests in the 70s in Wynn

And around lvl 40 there’s the hog warts quest thing which gives fast travel from nemract to llevigar (and mage island and selchar)

    Edit: 59 not 40

It's better to jump back and forth, it honestly doesn't take much effort. It makes progressing faster, and you'll see more game content that way.

Now there is a seaskipper in Nesaak, so going fron Llevigar to Nesaak will be a lot easier

Why would you need to grind zombies in Ragni? You can get emeralds from any mobs. But grinding mobs isn’t the best way to get emeralds, Seavale is the best way around your level.
