Is There A Boat Merchant Near Santa's Island?

    I haven't been in this area (ice nations/santa's island) for awhile and cant recall if the map is up to date. I do see on the map that there is boat merchant on the viking ship west of the Santa Island. Does anyone know if boat merchant is currently there? Thanks!

    ya it is at the shore and you just have to go around the outside of the island and look.
