Is The Zhight Island Loot Thing Worth Doing?

I don't know much about this but I've heard from other sources that there's some kind of loot thing at Zhight Island now where you're given 5 minutes to loot as many chests as possible (at least that's what I think, anyways). I do understand that Zhight Money is fairly pricey (unless you can get some for free from Seaskipper, unless they removed that too) so does anyone think it's worth doing to get items to sell on the market/forums?

A main factor that comes into this is whether the loot is leveled to your character and not fixed around level 50. End game gear is far more valuable and if this loot area is set at low levels it won't be worth the money put into entering the area. Another thing is what the loot contains: is it like loot chests (that can be affected by loot bonus) or is it a unique system similar to how Seavale Reef works?

Sorry if I seem stupid but I haven't played this in over a year and I'm not entirely sure how some mechanics work. I just am wondering if I should invest time into this or just do looting in high level places instead.

 

When it was first released it was a viable money-making method, but it was quickly nerfed. As of now, I'd only recommend doing it if you want at-level ingredients.

 

That's kind of unfortunate. I feel like everything gets nerfed to the point where it's not even worth doing. Kind of wish there was something like this for end game items but I doubt that will ever happen.

Although, with a group of several people, it becomes worth it again but it's really not worth doing alone. Too hard to even break even, not even make a profit.
