Is the resource pack available for vanilla?

Heyyooo,

a loooong time ago during the initial release of the resource pack alongside Gavel, the resource pack was made available for vanilla use. But then it either stopped updating or it's a case of me taking year long breaks from Wynncraft because I cannot find that thread anymore. Would love to have this resource pack back as my default one because truly there is no other resource pack that hits the same as Wynn's.

So, if anyone has the resource pack modified for vanilla use... hmu :*
