Is The Clock Set Pieces Are Still Good To Use, Without The Complete Set?

Discussion in 'Questions' started by Fail_To_Fell, Jun 28, 2016.

?

If it's not worth it for my character to collect the set, should I keep the broken clocks?

If yes, is there any minimum requirement of piece equipped for it to be good to use?
When I check the wiki, it's kinda confusing to decide which set bonuses is better, since once bonus had a pros that the other bonus didn't have.
What I didn't like about the clock set is the negative mana regeneration, which is the opposite of my build.

The clock armors contradict themselves a lot (clock leggings have minus tier attack speed, clock boots have plus tier, etc.). Wearing the whole set hardly gets you anywhere. The accessories are all positive on the other hand. It's best to wear the minimum amount of armor and then put some accessories with it/them to get what you want.

For example, I want a thunder melee build. I decide to use clock leggings because they help with melee damage. I don't like the negatives of the other armors, so I decide to use the Time Ring. I get the 2-piece set, which gives good thunder damage.

tl;dr clock set isn't made to be fully used
