    DISCLAIMER: This may be a stupid question, but

    Is the set obtainable now, my friend just found some boots in an unidentified set item, so, is this meant to happen or is it a glitch

    Yes, they are obtainable.

    I think basically any mob in the level 20-30 range can drop them, I could be wrong.

    Yes, the set is obtainable, currently it isn't tinted like the old set, but it is exactly the same, and the colors will probably get fixed in future updates I think :)
