Is loot quality effected by meta-ingredients?

    When I put ancient currency and borange fluff in WynnCrafter it seems loot quality is not increased.

    idk how it works but if you chuck 5 borange fluff and one ancient currency it becomes 6 LQ
    don't ask me how it works

    edit because doublepost bad:
    I think everything just rounds down
    because 1.12*7 < 8 and 1.12*4 < 5
    but 1.24*7 > 8 so 2 borange fluff makes it 8 LB but 1.24*4 < 5 so its still 4 LQ
    so 1.36*4 > 5 so it turns into 5 LQ
