    The guide is pretty much up to date except for maybe a few slight changes (and D-Cave or Herb Cave parties aren't as popular). I'd also recommend using the wolf den for the level 40-50 range, which the guide doesn't mention. Also, the guide assumes that you have max XP gear, so it might not be as fast if you don't have all that.
