only if you want armour that can give up to 175% xp bonus and decent def, health and other stuff.
oh, not to mention, you can get way over 250% xp bonus with a good weapon and rings/bracelet

I'd certainly recommend doing it at least once, as it's a very interesting quest. A lot of it, however, a lot of it is just luck in who you're working with. If people don't know what they're doing, it can take a while (the worst type of this is when you're sitting in a meteor waiting for ages for someone to figure one of the others out), but if you have a competent party it's not too bad. It also unlocks the opportunity to help others with it, which is very rewarding and you can often charge for it. Before doing it, please either reach your meteor ahead of time or memorise all of the puzzles. The rewards will be very useful when grinding for level 100 or 101, so while the quest may be a lot of trouble, it'll probably save you time in the long run, especially of you want level 101.
