    As title says
    We barely have info regarding fruma, mybe the humans there are not the rulers of the entire province but only of a small part of it
    Could it be? How will it effect the story? Do we have any evidance against it?

    I think it'd definitely be more interesting if Fruma wasn't an all-human province considering Wynn is already mostly inhabited by humans.
