    It's almost the middle of the month and I've seen no mention of this year's Hallowynn skin contest.
    I assume it's not happening, although I wonder why that is. since it's not that hard to manage a competition like that.

    From what I've heard, the factions event still might be going on. If that's the case, and given that we haven't heard much from that event anyway, I feel like there might not be a skin contest this year.
