Is Ground Item Highlighting Mod Bannable If Set Up Propperly

As the name suggests, it highlights items.
Will i get banned if i use the particle highlighting(not seen trough walls) method instead of the glow method(seen trough walls)

 

I'm going to say no for this one, because the rules explicitly say "Any modified client that gives you a gameplay advantage is hacking."
In my eyes, this isn't fair to other players without the mod.

That feature was indeed banned a while back, I can't remember when exactly this happened but it was due to being an unfair advantage.
