Is A Class Exclusive Id Possible?

The title says it all.
I've been working on a certain Class idea for a month now, and want it to have an ID which is exclusive to that Class' Weapons.
The question is, would it be realistically possible to code a new (non-Major) ID into Wynncraft which is applicable to only a single Class?

 

wheel speed
tyre durability
fuel capacity
all the best ids in wynncraft

Probably, but I would only do it if it's really worth it, because I reckon that the ID function wouldn't have a class input, so they would likely have to write it specifically for this ID.

 

Surely if the ID is exclusive (only added) to weapons of the class, only that class can use it. Or am I misunderstanding the question?

 

Honestly if you want to go for it, bc the fun of class ideas comes in making them and not getting them implemented bc the chance they are is slim
