Mage/Dark Wizard Help Is 2.3k Dps Good For Lvl ~70?

I am a level 68 Mage and i was wondering if this is okay DPS for this level, also i have 4570 hp (kind of a glass cannon build), is this too little? EDIT: Although when i use the combat dummy on the housing island it says I have only 1.6K DPS
