    I have had a glitch numerous times where text from quest NPCs does not appear in chat, but I still get the slowness effect and dialogue still progresses if I hit shift, just not visibly in chat. Is this a Wynntils issue or a "vanilla" Wynncraft one?

    I've been having this issue recently as well (except it's permanent for me), and wynntils is the one to blame most likely. I haven't had any issues on vanilla
