Invisible Npcs

I came back to Wynncraft after a little over a year of not playing Minecraft over all, and I was excited for the new update! However, when I logged into my lvl 25 Archer, I had to restart from the beginning because of the new tutorial quest. I wasn't too mad at this, but a 1-2 days ago, I went back into that class and I couldn't see the NPCs. I filled out the request of that segment of the quest, but I can't find the NPC to give it to because they are invisible. I've tried /kill, but the quest teleported me back with the generic "hey don't walk away from the quest." I've tried it in different worlds and nothing is working. I wanted to get my stuff in an enderchest so I don't lose it, but I can't get past the gate blocked by the guard telling me to make a weapon.

I really want to know if there is anything I can do to fix it, but if deleting the class is the last resort, I will do it. I just want to know if there is another way.
My IGN is Jewel08(zero-eight) if it is necessary

 

What part of the tutorial is this?

 

The tutorial seems to have problems at the moment. You could force a new class through but this one is stuck at the moment.

@Stag2001 replied: Hiya, we're aware of the bug and working on fixing it. In the meantime you can either wait or play on a different class.

 

Okay! Thank you all for responding and filling me in! I understand that the tutorial is new and there are bugs that need to be worked out. I have a new class going on that I will play as, and I'm kinda just glad I don't have to delete my archer.
