Invalid Packet 0xC8

Kicked From WC8: Invalid packet 0xC8 received.

This happens when im doing the tutorial and im in the cave and tryna fight the boss or whatever it is. I walk into the cut scene and the game makes my screen go turn around then I get kicked.

Need suggestions or advice on how to fix.

Same happening here in tutorial the screen turns and and the invalid packet 0xC8 error occurs
Someone pls helpp.....

 

There seems to be issues with cutscenes currently, the team is aware of it

 

by that time i wont be able to play??

 

this is a serious problem....everyone in the tutorial are facing the same issue...the staff should be helping us...
