Interesting Name For A Wand...

Hi! So, I just so this wand on the wiki and I was curious if its a real wand or not. The wand is lvl 99 and it has interesting IDs for its name. The name is "Predposledni" which is a Russian word "Предпоследний", which basically means "the second last". As a Russian native, I am very curious as why the wand was so called and why it has such IDs, why is it a top end game wand? It is also interesting to know who named it! (I'm assuming it was Kv as she learned Russian before).

Note, "Predposledni" should should have an ' at the end of the word like so "Predposledni' " to make the iy sound.

Yes I know that. Well technically its not second last level as you can lvl up to lvl 101 and so on... Plus I am more interested about the other questions :3

Not only in russian. Its also in czech and slovak (slovak is Predposledný)

Other than having decent Skill Point IDs, it's nothing special

 

It's basically Bob's mythic wand with a higher level and damage amount

Nope. Polish word for "the second last" is "przedostatni"

It's probably "Second to Last" because it's the second strongest wand that only deals neutral damage and supports every element. The strongest wand with that theme is the Hive-Infused wand.
