Interdimensional Helmet

So, I recently found this helmet in the item guide, and was wondering where it can be found and its use.



Does anyone have any info on this?

P.S. I'm just wondering if this is some sort of special item, not for actual use.

 

Really, will you use normal level armor?

 

this helmet is pretty unique that its a normal level armor without saying "dull diamond helmet" or anything like that

Just wondering if it was some sort of special item, its likely I'm just blind and its some merchant piece.

 

I'm guessing it might have to do with the new questline in Wynn, which they have not implemented yet. The buildings for the quest are actually already in the map, however.
The questline was briefly shown in the Gavel teaser, and I also happened to stumble upon a discussion theorizing about it.

Sounds like it would be used for the Light Quest series, but for what we currently have in that series, was a pair of glasses. Hmmm... Maybe its a random drop?
