Insufficient Privileges To Post In Featured Wynncraftian Nominations?

I don't know if this is a bug, I don't have enough messages, etc. but I cannot seem to be able to post in the "Featured Wynncraftian Nominations" section. I can reply to existing threads, but I cannot make my own thread. All I want to do is nominate someone by making a thread but why can't I? Someone please help me out here. Thanks.

The requirements that were set by Tama are "Anyone is welcome to further add to nominations but only users who meet these requirements:

• On the forums for a month
• Posted 250 messages
• Like to post ratio of at least 1:1
