    thats just what cancer does with raw melee
    so this build has 44 raw melee
    cancer -%s give a -7 multiplier to all base damage
    zero has 0-135 damage
    so your minimum neutral damage is 44 + (-7*0) = 44
    and your maximum damage is 44 + (-7*135) = -945 but negative damage isnt possible so it's 0
    44-0
    it just works

    currently there is no way to 100% get 0 damage with Zero on wynndata. Though it would be vary possible in game since you can get 'worse' rolls than it uses.
