insane lag

Recently like after Christmas or so I've been experiencing insane input lag the mobs being damaged seem fine they aren't delayed I think but everything I do has like 900ms delay. It happens pretty randomly switching server sometimes helps and sometimes doesn't same with relogging but it's getting more common and it's unplayable. I've tried pinging the server with terminal and it's very low ms average. I've tried mods, no mods etc my fps is fine I'm pretty confused on why it's happening and it really sucks because I genuinely can't play the game anymore and I love wynncraft. I'm on Asia servers as well. Is this known or anything I can do or am I just cooked?
