Ingredients To Keep/sell?

I'm constantly picking up ingredients and dropping off 2-3 stars in my bank to save for later/selling. Are there any ingredients I should look out for or grind for to make the best profit? I'm level 81 rn and constantly going up, so I'm especially on the look out for ingredients in my level range that I'll be running into now or soon.

As a rule of thumb, I always keep ingredients that are Rare and above, have Gather bonuses (Ursine Claws), or give durability (Defiled Luxroot, Nose Ring). I'd also recommend keeping a hold of Stolen Goods, as those typically sell well. Also, if you are lootrunning in a certain area like Corkus or Wynn, make room in your pouch for commonly found, valuable ingredients! That way, you can just amass stacks of the stuff without worrying about forfeiting inventory space.
