Nice, maybe I can sell my Iridescent Elytra for a little more now.

 

All the ones with quests are probably still in game as not just a couple hours ago I heard someone still had old treasures in their bank (apparently they got nerfed or something, not sure what its new stats are though), however I know that you are probably correct on your assumption with golden tooth as I just got a fake tooth ingredient recently with the exact same stats as the original gold tooth and it still had the texture of a golden nugget.

 

Are you sure familiar essence was removed?(it's reward for deja Vu quest)

Some ingredients were simply renamed, which are:
Gold -> Platinum Ingot
Gold Bar -> Gold Ingot
Gold Tooth -> Fake Tooth
Golden Coin -> Prized Coin

Old treasure, Familiar Essence, and Weakening Catalyst are not removed. They can't be searched on the market because they're untradable. (Yes they don't say that, but they are)
Its the same deal with Therck's Chain, Royal Cake Slice and Cleaned Saccharum.

Unfading pull is 100% removed(it had like a kb effect and was buggy or smth), and I've heard people saying ocelot hair is gone too, idk about ice sliver though.

 

ocelot hair and ice silver are old names for ocelot tail and ice fragment, unfading pull is removed
