In Game Question

I often get the message
"You don't have permission for this area."
when I'm just trying to open a loot chest, or open a door. So what does this mean? Did I break some rules and am now being punished? Or something else?

 

use ur fist instead of a weapon

 

To clarify, your weapon is just a reskinned block, so the game may think that you're placing a block, which you don't have permission to do.
