    It's at the part where you go into the sewers to help one of the corkus citizens, and yet, once i left the sewers, the citizen isn't giving me any new dialog. And also the game wont let me back into the sewers to do it again.

    This has happened to me too, try going to a different citizen to do a favor for them, then go back to the sewer's guy. Also try re entering the sewers it sometimes may not work.
