im struggling with Fate of the Fallen quest PLS HELP PLS HELP SOS

so when i was doing this quest at some point the npcs didn't spawn and i couldn't continue the quest so i did a re-log and when i logged up i accidently used a teleportation scroll to Neesak. I tried to do this quest from the beginning but it didn't work at all because at some point when it's time to get teleported to the past Neesak it won't teleport you and now i don't know what to do, please help me.

 

i tried to /fixquest but it doesn't work

Go back to the bank and get the scepter again, and then head over to time valley, enter the massive door again, and then go back to the altar and put the scepter there again. It should then teleport you back to past Nesaak.

 

Fun fact, next patch (no ETA on release at the moment) you won't need to get the sceptre again to go back to past nesaak, if you went there once it will let you go again if you go to time valley directly
