Ignore Someone ?

i wanna ask something .

is there a command or something to ignore someone ?
i mean . you know that you can add someone with the friend command .
and it doesn't have that the other one accept it right ?
so it's like you can stalk someone without him knowing that ...

is there something to undo that thing to someone ?
'cause some one has been annoying me by messages and knowing where i am ...

Some people arent that bad, just annoying af, an ingore command would be nice, plenty of times ive had people not being quite irritating enough to report irritating me whilst doing stuff in a large party or trying to work out a trade lol
