please discuss your favorite type of igneous rocks
mine is tuff, because they are classified as both sedimentary and igneous. despite being studied in igneous terms and conditions, it is regarded as sedimentary. my favorite type of tuff is ultramafic tuff, because if contains a large amount of olivine. it also contains a large amount of serpentine, but the olivine is the real kicker for me. ultramafic tuff also has very little to no feldspar and quartz. personally i find quartz to be too mainstream for my tastes and feldspar is ok i guess. thank you for reading my preferences on rocks, please discuss your favorite rock types

My favourite igneous rock is pumice. This is because the abundant vesicles in pumice and the thin walls between them give the rock a very low specific gravity. It typically has a specific gravity of less than one, giving the rock an ability to float on water. Wow so epic and cool! Thank you Pokerpo now the world will know my love for pumice.

my favourite is basalt, personally. the black colour and the extremely smooth texture makes it very good to see, touch and more ;). you can't also ignore the source of its name: it comes from the latin "basanites" which literally means VERY HARD ROCK, and i find it very funny and very cute. as you've probably noticed i love rocks very much but i swear it's not gay because they can't love me back. actually i think this is a thing i got during my childhood because my dad also loved rocks very much. but i don't wanna talk too much about it because the relationship between my dad, rocks and i was... something. sorry if i went too much into detail. but i needed to talk about it my self confidence was very low and now its very slightly higher. but not too much.

I really enjoyed this conversation and I hope my answer was satisfying, Mr. Po!

My favorite is obsidian. The black glassy look is what makes me fascinated. However, the smooth, glassy feel is what gets me. Unlike other rocks, it is not rough, so it does not scratch your hand as you feel it.

Ah yes. The science of igneous rocks is quite fascinating, isn't it?

If I were to indulge myself in this work and select one rock from this group, it would be Rhyolite. You see, Rhyolite has an interesting synergy with Fire Opal that is beyond those other igneous rocks. Fire Opal fills the crevices of Rhyolite, removing any deformities in the shape of Rhyolite. It is from this characteristic that I conclude that Rhyolite is the greatest of the igneous rocks. No offense, of course, to those who may hold different opinions.

My favorite is obsidian. Minecraft does a terrible portrayal of the rock thought, making it sound "so strong." It's like glass, except naturally with a dark tint. I stepped on a piece once and it was stuck on my foot for weeks. It was often used in hunting as it is such a sharp stone.
