If I Set All Points Into Agility...

    can i run then faster? Or do i need already "running" equipment?

    No. Agility does not have impact on your walk speed. I would recommend putting them into Intelligence, because the bonuses are most visible tgere on early levels

    as of your current level, i would recommend hitting 68 intelligence and then investing into defense

    No. Strength and Dexterity are not worth it, since the bonus is not really visible
