i want a stealing maximize only and build for all classes /and how works

here we are going to talk about the id steal.
the builds will be made with that in mind .

pretty sure stealing has a cooldown so there's no need going above even just like 20%
also isn't loot bonus softcapped? (same goes for lq but realistically you're not getting to the cap without boons)
