    When bandits ran out of tnt, quest book displayed "blow up the door with bandits' leftover tnt and exit the bank" and i need to throw tnt in hopper to complete the quest but i don't have any tnt.

    You need to kill the bandit leader (non-aggressive mob) to get the TNT.
    /class will respawn the bandits so you can get the TNT iirc
