I Sgetting A Cactus Normal? :p ("sovled")

This may sound idiotic, but is it normal to get a cactus? The block didn't have any item tag like "Junk", or "Misc.". Is that normal? I would love to get an answer!

When I logged in I saw it in my inventory. I logged out a bit after that and logged back in and it was gone. :I

I don't care if you don't believe me/ignore me/ or don't care, but I had one in my inventory. I logged out of my character when writing this post, and logged back in to take a screenshot of it and post it. When I did, I noticed a n empty spot in my inventory where it used to be. My story sounded like a horrible creepypasta.
