I need to make money

I have 8 stx in the bank and a few Mythics to my name (Alka, nirvana, Fantasia, warchief, etc.), and want to start making a good build to run raids, loot runs, basically start making big money, but everything meta is out of my budget

does anyone have an idea of where I could go from where I am right now, to making fat stacks of LE in a manner that isn’t insufferably long?

I honestly don't know, but I guess lootruns are the best. You don't need a meta build (citation I can do a lootrun with morph fantasia) and I can't speak to the length but depending on your luck you can make some good cash.
