I need help.

This account got hacked by someone but i still have access to it tenporarily. Is there a way for me to transfer rank/items to a new account until i lose control unless i resolve it somehow?

 

We don't always do rank transfers, but I have heard that it has been done a few times, but you'll need to probably contact [email protected] regarding that. As for your items, you can always trade it to a friend on your hacked account and then have them trade it back to your new account. Not exactly efficient but it gets the job done.

Otherwise I recommend trying to reset your passwords if you haven't yet and enabling two factor authentication (very important!) for an extra layer of security

 

Rank transfers have been done with proof of purchase. Items never get transferred over but since you still temporarily have acces to your account like said above you can trade it to other people and have them trade it back. Levels, bank unlocks, and other account-related data never gets transferred over.

If you do trade around with someone else, make sure to record it. Although no official refunds will be given if you get scammed, with proof the community will likely help you out with some new items. And people will know not to trust whoever you asked to help with the item transfer.

The best way to transfer items is probably to be logged into wynncraft yourself in both the account with temporary acces and the account you want to transfer items to, cutting out the middleman. Also no need to record in that case.
If you can't make the trades to yourself for some reason and have no friend you really trust who has a minecraft account, I've fairly recently switched to a new account which means I still have a lot of free bank space so I can help trade relatively easily
