I Need Help With The Underwater Quest

So in a previous "profile" I did the Underwater quest. After I finished the quest I placed the breathing helmet in my ender chest. I got bored and decided to create a new profile. On this profile I wanted to do this quest. But when I went to talk to sayrr The chat things wouldn't show up. Then I got my breathing helmet from my ender chest and that didn't work. Now I am perplexed. Please help me

yes, I am the right level and I have relogged multiple times

 

Are you using the community mod Wyntillis? As that can be buggy with dialogue at times. Otherwise if not the recommended things you can do is try /class to reload the chunk, Get outside the loaded chunk range and swap worlds and come back. Though I assume you have already talked to Omango to start the quest. You can also try talking to Sayrr with an empty hand as doing it with a weapon at times can be a bit buggy. If not either of these things work. I recommend doing a bug report here: https://forums.wynncraft.com/wc-bug-report/ with as much detail as you can.
