I Need Help! Urgent!

I reported this an hour ago in git hub, no one helped me so i decided to post this here. I was doing Wynn Excavation site C, and lost one of my purple crystals somehow. I tried to talk to the excavator after talking to Amadel, but it said i needed the purple crystal from site B to start, weird because i already started the quest, but anyways, i did /fixquests and got 2 crystals instead of one, so now i had 3 crystals. In chat it said it only gave my one item. I tried to talk to the excavator again, but he said the same thing, that i needed the purple crystals form site B. I did /fixquests again, in hope that it will fix this, but it just gave me 2 MORE crystals! Please help! I dont know what to do! I dont know any mods on the server so i cant msg them!

 

I think you might need the crystal shard. I was having the same issue with the yellow. There is the Crystal, and then there's the crystal SHARD. Had to go all the way back and get a new shard from where you got it the first time.

 

I did get a shard. A purple crystal SHARD. But i fixed it, but now i have 11 Purple crystal shards in my inventory that i cant get rid of!

 

Oh dang. Im sure there's a way to toss em. I had a few extra too, maybe after you've done the quest?

 

I finished the quest. It wont throw out

 

Can't you start a new class, have that new class take the extra shards out of your bank, then delete the new class?

Make sure your inventory is filled, one slots with some emeralds. Put undesired shards in your crafting box. Move an emerald to replace spot vacated by shards. Exit out of viewing inventory.
