Media I Need Help, It's A Bug, But I Can't Post It At The Bug Reports

So. I can't use my quest book in my main profile (archer lvl 40). If i try to use the quest book, it just uses it but don't actually show me the quests. I have tried to change version, restarting minecraft and other stuff. None of them worked.

Also my 3 minute speed boost is not working sometimes (the archer ability). This has been going on for atleast 24 hours. This started in the exvacuation site A at the NPC, after i died next to him being afk. Don't know if that has anything to do with it. The NPC at the site wont talk at all. It just says blank bars in chat. Like seriously, i need help. PLEASE don't remove this post, because i can't post this in the bug reports for some reason.

Why are you unable to post in bug reports?

 

there might be something wrong with your chat settings (since the quest book, the archer speed info, and npc dialogue all use chat), try going into your minecraft chat settings and see if anything is turned off

It just says that "You have insufficient privileges to post here." where there should be a button to post a thread in the bug reports
