So earth isn't the thing for you... Try a thunder-fire. I'd say water for spells but water and fire don't match well.

the guy who soloed qira wont reveal his gear and he used exe helm which was nerfed

 

If you want mana regen for a weapon, try out Rewind. As for armor.. try and get anything with high mana regen or steal.
