Mage/Dark Wizard Help I Need A Build, Help I'm Bad

On my LEVEL 83 MAGE I have a really really shit spell damage/mana regen build, but I kinda want to do a earth/water build. I have no idea how to make a build, so I want someone to make one for me.

(Keep in mind I am only level 83 and I am pretty broke)

You shouldnt worry too much about your builds on level 83. However I can try to make one for you tomorrow but it May take a while because I am not sure how ill start that one :p

A perfect weapon for you would be Aldorei's vision.
If you've got a fenmask or venison, use it. Otherwise, do something like restored ancient helmet.
idk chestplate, maybe millenium or adamantite?
Leggings, do crystal if you have one, maybe champion leggings or clock leggings otherwise?
Sodeta boots, probably.

Royal stormy amulet or dusty
[insert other accessories, i have no idea]

 

I just got a pretty good Rot of Dernel, it would be cool if you could try to make that into a build?

 

Eveything said above is gr8 for earth water (used to be my personal build at level 100, though with different items)

Dont use adamantite, anything that deals multiple elements will end you, its worse than most uniques level 60.

Earth water actually gets good in mid 90s when the unique blue gem set shows up. Helm can still be fenmask, but,

Azurite is if anything, a decent misc chest
Turquoise is tanky, tho youre better off with ley lines or crystal
And sapphire gives you reflection and mana steal.

Also, check out marble rings rn. They double boost Spell and raise hp and defense

As for the weapon, i have no idea.
Maybe ethereal since you abuse it.

I have no idea for lvl 80 earth
That also kinda doesn't make sense because earth is melee and water is spells

 

If you're willing to level up to 88 you can use a static mage build

EDIT: I just realized its level 83 not level 89. Sorry about that ! I will try to find a better chestplate but honestly its just one level and seagazer is so much better than any other chestplate in your level range
