    AND NETWORK DISCONNECTED WHEN I OPENED THE CHEST
    THERE IS NO REWARDS LEFT

    Honestly, that's sad, but you sunk 3 hours into the game at once... it's absolutely not your fault or fair or anything, but maybe there's something you could be doing that's not complaining to random people who can't do anything about your problem.
