I keep crashing and I don't know how to fix it

I'm not sure if this is a common bug, because when I've tried to look for similar issues nothing seems to match up, but for some reason the server constantly kicks me, and the weirdest part is that the error message is constantly different too. Messages follow the same pattern of saying something about an "io.netty.handler" and then a ton of words I don't understand (I'm not very smart). The only guess I have about the issue is that this could be caused by things loading in, or the terrain changing either from trees spawning or in certain quests/secret discoveries where a cutscene involving something made of blocks moves. Normally in said quests/secret discoveries I have just brute forced it by getting kicked and rejoining until it works, but I have no clue why it eventually works or what I did different to a make it work. What's more confusing is that I've been suddenly kicked and given the same message when nothing is even happening or loading in, so I am very confused. I'd really appreciate some help or any diagnosis of the problem, as this is a huge issue for me and makes the game significantly less fun.
