I Just Got An Az, Should I Make A Build Around It?

Lv 86 Maelstrom-using Int Archer here. Just got THIS MASTERPIECE and was wondering if:

a) are these good IDs?
b) how much is it worth?
c) is it worth using at my level?
d) should I change my build from int to dex if it is worth it?

Yes. It's a good weapon, so best to use it.

However, do whatever the hell you want, because I am in no way a professional or even slightly experienced in this field.

c) Depends on your level and build.

a)The Id's are utter trash. (At least it wasn't on a mythic that required good ID's)

Side question, can the attack speed go any higher than super fast? Would electrocharge greaves or mummy's rags be worth it?

 

Nope. Anyways, I'm feeling underwhelmed by attack speed. I do 13-25k arrow bombs at the expense of 300-600 dmg melee from Freedom.

I'd normally do an 10k bomb w/o electrocharge
